I am here to guide you in your search for a more considered and intentional way of moving.
I want to share the understanding and enthusiasm that I have gained from great teachers, from moving myself and from watching others move.
I am an artist, a dancer, a lifter of (not so) small children, a back pain sufferer and a slumper on sofas. But in all of these things, I am a Pilates teacher.
If you are ready to change the way you use your body (from breathing to bending), I will encourage, cajole, reassure and applaud you. It doesn’t matter if your back is killing you or you want to perfect your killer backhand; we’ll get you there with hard work and a little hard thinking.
