Take your Pilates off the mat and use it to help you fall and roll safely (and with style)!

Katy will help you to properly mobilise your body using Pilates techniques, and build the basics of rolling and falling skills.

Rory will show you the next steps, from gentle beginnings to the genuinely breathtaking.We will play fun games, improve your confidence, and learn new skills. This workshop is suitable for all abilities!

The workshop is based at Primal Gym in Leith, it has a fabulously springy floor and lots of space to roll around in.
